Licence agreement

By copying, installing, or otherwise using this software, you (being an individual person, organisation, company, or other single entity) agree to be bound by the conditions of the licence agreement, as follows:

1. You may copy and distribute the software, and its related files, in order for it to be put to use in complementing media which relates wholly, or mainly, to you.

2. You may not distribute the software with media which you have created for, or on behalf of, another person, organisation, company or other entity.

3. You may not separate the core components of the software package. Wherever the software is employed, all relating files must be included.

4. You may add information about yourself to the file (HTML page) entitled 'About this program', provided that the appearance and content of the information originally provided there is not altered in any way. Other than this, you may not edit the software, or any of its related files.

5. You may not use the software in association with any illegal or indecent material. You agree to indemnify the author against any legal action that may be taken due to the content of literature which you have distributed.

The licence is non-transferable. It remains in effect for the lifetime or duration of existence of the licensee.

The software is provided 'as is'. The author makes no guarantee as to the merchantability of the software, or its suitability for any particular purpose. The software is not designed, nor should it be used, for safety critical applications.

Under no circumstances can the author be held liable for any loss or damage incurred through the use, or inability for use, of the software.

Any unauthorised duplication, hiring, lending, or editing of this software is strictly forbidden, and constitutes a criminal offence.
